All our sustainable clothing boxes are individually picked for you!
1. Click “The Boxes” page from the Homepage.
2. Select which of our box plans you'd like to take out.
3. Follow the 'Checkout' instructions.
4. We will contact you via email with a quick form to fill in, to help tailor your unique box to your style! If we have any further questions to tweak your box to you individually, we will then contact you again.
And that's it! Soon your exciting and individualised box will be at your door.
Each box will receive one-off pieces of clothing: one, two, or three pieces.
These pieces are individually sourced, often from charity shops (by purchasing the box, not only do you contribute to helping the environment by reusing clothing, you contribute to charity too!). The items are chosen based on your personal preferences we gather when selecting your box, so they will arrive in your size.
If you choose the 'Essentially FUff' box, you will receive one piece of clothing, from items such as a top, jacket, dress, trousers or skirt.
If you choose the 'Sustainably FUff' box, you will receive two pieces of clothing, both different types, so they can be worn together if you wish.
If you choose the 'Passionately FUff' box, you will receive three pieces of clothing, all different types, so they can be worn together as an outfit if you wish.
Of course, every box will be completely unique, which we think is super exciting. Please try and keep an open mind and enjoy the surprise, delivered to your door, every month!
As you know, we are all about multi-wear here at FUff. The items we find will be inspected and quality checked, but of course pre-owned clothing will occasionally have slight wear and tear. This is part of the journey of making clothing sustainable!
The clothing could be branded, unbranded or vintage, with or without labels. All the items are different.
We will not accept clothing that has any unanticipated holes, rips, etc.
The items will be carefully inspected, cleaned (if needed) and neatly packaged. The items will have a clean, laundered fragrance.
Yes! Whilst you are doing amazing things by subscribing to our sustainable FUff boxes, we understand you may need to cancel.
There is no obligation to keep your subscription going for a specified period, and it can be cancelled any time. Of course, you can restart it at any time too!
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your member account using the log in page at the top right of the homepage.
2. Click on 'My Subscriptions' in the drop down menu.
3. Click the 'More Actions' arrow next to your plan.
4. Click 'Cancel Supscription'.
5. Click 'Yes, Cancel' to confirm.
We would love to welcome you back for future boxes too!
There is also an option on your subscription account page to 'Buy new subscription' should you come back to us in the future.
Whilst it is disappointing to not quite like what you receive, we understand it is going to happen from time to time because everyone has different taste in clothing. Also, we understand everyone's body shape is unique and occasionally the clothing may just not fit quite right.
We have a few options here:
Firstly, perhaps consider reusing, by passing on the clothing to a friend, family or charity shop. This reduces carbon footprint and increases the longevity of the clothing, and you'll be doing fantastic things for our planet!
Secondly, of course, you can return the items to us. You will have to return all the items in that ordered box to us for a refund.
Please return the items to us in the condition you received them, and within 30 days, to receive your refund. Please organise your own return postage and request a proof of postage from your chosen courier, to assure you are covered in the unlikely event of a missing parcel. Once we receive your return we will happily process your refund!
Thirdly, in the unlikely event you receive any items which are damaged, or unwearable, please contact us and we will be happy to assist further.
